Expanded perlite for agriculture, construction, filtration, cryogenics, and microspheres. Certified by RHP, CE, ISO 9001/14001/22000/45001, Halal and Kosher. A family-owned manufacturer from Lithuania, serving B2B clients across Europe since 2018.
PERLIPROF is the expanded perlite brand of Soltera UAB, a certified manufacturer based in Panevėžys, Lithuania. We produce and supply CE-marked, ISO- and RHP-certified expanded perlite for agriculture, construction, filtration, cryogenic insulation and microspheres across Europe.
Since 2018, we have been a family business specializing in the production and supply of premium-grade perlite. Over the years, we have accumulated the expertise to ensure a consistent level of product quality and reliable service to our customers across the region and beyond.
Quality is the foundation of our work. Every production batch is tested in laboratories, allowing us to guarantee compliance with the highest standards and customer expectations. Our perlite is used in a wide range of applications, with a significant share of production successfully exported to international markets.
We value long-term relationships, responsibility, and continuous improvement — striving to be a reliable partner to every customer.
Lightweight, porous, chemically stable, and universally adaptable. That is why perlite is used today in greenhouses, construction, filters, and many other industrial applications around the world.
Perlite is a mineral of natural volcanic origin, formed in nature millions of years ago. When heated to high temperatures, it expands and becomes a light, porous material with excellent insulating and moisture-regulating properties. These qualities have made perlite valued across many industries and used worldwide.
Thanks to its low weight, chemical neutrality, rot resistance, and longevity, perlite is a reliable solution in horticulture, construction, and various industrial processes. It improves soil structure, reduces the weight of building components, enhances thermal and acoustic insulation, and enables more efficient use of materials.
Today perlite is used in greenhouses, plant substrates, building mixtures, filtration systems, and many other fields. Thanks to its versatility and natural origin, it remains one of the most popular choices wherever a lightweight, safe, and effective material is needed.
Bulk density of 60–150 kg/m³ — makes structures and substrates lighter.
The porous structure delivers excellent thermal insulation and sound dampening — suitable for both construction and cryogenic systems.
Does not react with acids or alkalis. Neutral pH — ~7.
Fire-resistant up to 900 °C, pest-resistant, and long-lasting.
We handle every stage of production ourselves. This ensures consistent quality, flexible packaging, and a quick response to changing needs — with no third parties involved.
We select perlite ore based on its chemical composition and expansion characteristics.
The raw material is dried, crushed, and graded by intended application.
In a high-temperature furnace the ore expands up to 20× — and the perlite grain is born.
Every batch is tested in our own and independent laboratories against agreed parameters.
15 / 70 L bags, BigBag, bulk, or tanker — based on the logistics solution.
Prompt delivery throughout the Baltic states and export to other markets.
Our production processes and products are certified to the leading international quality, environmental, occupational safety, and food safety standards. Annual internal and independent audits ensure that quality keeps improving.

PERLIPROF (Soltera UAB) is a member of the Perlite Institute — the international association of perlite manufacturers, operating since 1949. This opens the door to the global industry community: we share experience with other producers, follow the latest technologies, and together raise the highest industry standards. Membership is not just recognition — it is a commitment to continuously learn, improve, and grow alongside the best in the world.
RHP, CE and four ISO standards (9001, 14001, 22000, 45001), plus Halal and Kosher. Real audits, real paperwork — not marketing claims.
Every batch is tested in our own and independent laboratories. Customers get exactly what they ordered — no surprises, no quality drift.
Solar power plant, LiFePO₄ energy storage, continuous process improvement. We invest in our equipment so our customers benefit from efficiency and stability.
Direct supplier with personal responsibility for every decision. You talk to people who actually make the product — not a distant corporation.
Slightly above the cheapest — because honest certifications and stable quality cost more to deliver. Long-term partners value this.
Member of the Perlite Institute. Working with the largest substrate and greenhouse manufacturers in the Baltic states, exporting across Europe and beyond.
A family business with personal responsibility means we care not only about the product, but also about how it is made. We invest in renewable energy, durable production, and circular economy principles — so that our work makes sense for generations to come.
We produce perlite using renewable energy — reducing dependence on fossil fuels and CO₂ emissions.
The LiFePO₄ battery system enables efficient use of solar energy even when the sun is not shining — with no compromises for production.
Perlite is a mineral of volcanic origin — free of chemical additives, recyclable, rot-proof, and serving for decades.
Expanded perlite is a volcanic mineral that has been heated to approximately 1000°C, causing it to expand up to 20 times its original volume. The result is a lightweight, porous material with excellent insulating, filtering, and substrate-enhancing properties — used worldwide across agriculture, construction, filtration, and cryogenic insulation.
Our production and products are certified to RHP, CE, ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment), ISO 22000:2018 (food safety), ISO 45001:2018 (occupational safety), and Halal and Kosher. All certifications are audited annually — we can provide certificates and audit summaries on request.
For agroperlite: 0–3 mm (fine), 0–6 mm (universal), 2–6 mm (large). For construction: 0–1 mm (fine), 0–3 mm (standard), and custom on request. Filtration, cryogenic, and microsphere grades are tailored to your process — contact us with your technical requirements.
We supply B2B clients across Europe, the Baltic states, and beyond. We have ongoing relationships with the largest substrate and greenhouse manufacturers in the Baltics. International shipments are arranged via BigBag, bulk, or tanker depending on volume and destination.
MOQ depends on packaging format and destination. For BigBag and bulk shipments, MOQ is typically one full container or truck load. For smaller volumes (15 L or 70 L bags), please get in touch — we will tailor a solution to your needs.
Every production batch is tested in our in-house laboratory and verified by an independent third-party laboratory. We monitor granulometry, density, pH, chemical composition, and other relevant parameters according to the destination sector. Every shipment includes a technical data sheet.
Within the Baltic states, we typically deliver within 3–7 working days. EU shipments take 7–14 working days depending on destination. Custom-fraction or special-specification orders may need additional preparation time — discussed individually.
Standard packaging: 15 L bags, 70 L bags, BigBag (1 m³), loose bulk, and tanker. Custom packaging arrangements are possible for specific logistics needs — please ask.
